The HERE Industry Analyst Relations team also manages information services and market research portfolio that provides actionable market insights and data to address issues critical to the HERE business.
The IAR team is currently looking for an Information Services Manager to join the passionate team. The role is responsible for building and managing industry leading Information Services and market research portfolio for HERE. 
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Management and might also act as an adviser within your area of expertise.
  • With deep understanding of technology market research landscape, and capabilities of leading research providers, build and manage industry leading market research portfolio for HERE 
  • Ensure HERE has the market research subscriptions critical to HERE market intelligence, competitive insights and product development
  • Manage vendor selection and research buy prioritization, facilitate the contract negotiation and execution for the the business needs of the entire HERE organization
  • Manage all market research, data and competitive intelligence inquiries between HERE stakeholders, market analyst and research firms. (Gartner, Forrester, IHS etc.)
  • Manage all internal research inquiries from HERE stakeholders towards market research firms
  • Manage and coordinate all external sell-in presentations from market research firms towards HERE 
  • Manage HERE market research budget


  • 3-10 year of experience in relevant area such as market research, strategic or competitive market intelligence.
  • Superior ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information and weave together disparate data to develop relevant insights and determine business implications. 
  • Ability to synthesize, interpret and summarize third-party analysis and research for cross-functional audiences. Experience interacting at all levels of a company, including senior management.
  • Experience in negotiating with external research firms. Past experience in managing market research portfolio and inquiries for a technology company preferred.
  • Comfortable with technology concepts and strong general industry understanding.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently; comfortable working with remote colleagues and stakeholders; experience working across disciplines and geographies.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Self-organized team player with a demonstrated ability to achieve objectives. 
Education Requirements
  • Bachelors degree at minimum.
