Working as part of the Service Management team this role will have specific responsibilities for:


  • Simplify and Modernize the IT Services with Cloud Based ITSM. Drive Automation and Process Transformation.
  • Automation of the Incident Management workflow using best in class tools in the Industry like Pager Duty and ITSM Service Now.
  • Build an Error Code Database and Integrating with the Monitoring Systems and ITSM.

Desired Qualifications


  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • Development, Scripting skills (Java, Python)
  • Oracle, MySql Database exposure.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Analytical thinking � Be able to learn how to absorb and analyze large amounts of information
  • Planning � Ability to prioritize changes to accommodate the most important to the business and to ensure there are no conflicts
  • Ability to work in a small team and to assist in the achievement of shared goals
  • The demonstrated initiative, motivation and capability to manage diverse workload effectively and accustomed to seeking solutions
  • Evidence of documentation skills and management information provision
  • Advanced Communication skills including but not limited to the ability to communicate with people of wide-ranging business focus and levels of responsibility.  Ability to express views and reasons for decisions and present findings, investigations and Metrics clearly.
