The Manager Business Analysis will be part of the Market Intelligence & Research team, which collects,  analyses and generates market insights to support the work of Corporate Strategy, Finance, Portfolio Planning, Alliances & Partnerships and the Busieness Groups. The Manager, Business Analysis will lead the creation and maintenance of the market forecast for the HERE target markets. We are seeking to hire an energetic, highly analytical and critical thinker for this key role in the Market Intelligence & Research team, who is confident to work in a collaborative environment and can engage with senior leaders across the company.






  • Develop and maintain the market forecast for HERE through establishing and rolling-out market sizing best practices to develop a strong market sizing community of practice within the company, coordinating all relevant cross-functional efforts 
  • Participate in the development of business cases as necessary for initiatives, taking into account market, competitive, and technological changes in our business
  • Work with other members of the MIR team to analyze profit pools, identify market opportunities and competitive threats to ensure the market forecasts are in line with dynamic market environment and provide recommendations to senior leadership as required
  • Collaborate with the broader Strategy team, Finance, Portfolio Planning and Alliances & Partnerships, as well as Customer and Market Development, Licensing and Business Operations, Finance, Marketing and Product Development
  • Manage across multiple business priorities and initiatives


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
  • MBA or related Master's degree strongly preferred
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with financial planning, forecasting and market sizing
  • Deep understanding of automotive, consumer electronics and the broader technology landscape
  • Experience from working, and successfully navigating cultural differences, in three key customer regions, i.e., North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving qualities, executing key changes under tight timelines
  • Ability to interface effectively with C-Level key stakeholders, strong communication and presentation skills   
  • High-performance and achievement-orientated attitude
  • Capable team player managing multiple relationships and projects simultaneously
