As a Creative Services Planner, you will be the liaison between internal stakeholders and the creative team, as well as external vendors. You will manage the marketing asset production and approval with a team of specialists and an extended workforce of agencies and freelancers to ensure the highest standard of excellence. This position is based in Berlin.


  • Act as the project manager on all assigned projects, managing project ideation, scoping, resource planning, timing and costs
  • Collect and review briefings with project requestor, and work with Activation Managers to propose set up of ideal internal and/or external creative team, based on timing and budget
  • Be passionate about delivering the best, highest quality creative, but find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget
  • Be a brand guardian and brand evangelists in close collaboration with the HERE brand team
  • Manage internal collaboration tools to ensure consistency in data, tracking and reporting
  • Maintain a wide network of internal and external subject matter experts who can help inform your planning process and creative recommendations
  • Run weekly production meetings, assessing project status, changes in bandwidth and timing risks and holding the team accountable for deadlines
  • Manage performance tracking and reporting’s, conduct formal debriefings of major projects to ensure learnings and improvement of future results
  • Conduct internal surveys to monitor the performance of Creative Services team and provide transparency on the results
  • Proactively seek to improve workflows, transparency, digital assets libraries, file naming convention
  • Stay current on the latest external marketing trends and technologies
  • You will report to the Head of Creative Services – being part of the content studio.


 Personal skills

  • You are a self-starter with a proven track-record in marketing project management or account management on the agency side
  • You appreciate process but can also manage ambiguity

Business/Task requirements

  • Marketing specialist with business degree / ideally 5-6 years hands-on experience either on agency side or active in respective marketing/creative production departments of B2B/B2C focused tech-companies
  • Knowledge of creative design and production with experience in sourcing and producing marketing content for traditional and digital channels
  • Experience working with clients/stakeholders to develop and negotiate project scopes and budgets
  • Highly organized and works well under pressure with proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Able to instil confidence in business partners, motivate creative teammates, and encourage fresh thinking and new approaches
  • Self-starter that can operate efficiently within ambiguous situations
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
  • Interested in newest technology developments, location-based cloud services and products as well as new creative approaches


For now, this position is on a fixed-term contract for one year due to maternity leave.
