HERE Technologies is ramping up our inbound and outbound digital acquisition capabilities, and you might be the person we’re looking for. The Head of Acquisition is responsible for overseeing marketing automation systems, optimizing lead capture/qualification funnels, marshalling execution of high-quality digital campaigns, and aligning with sales and activation teams to measure campaign performance. You will lead a team of marketers, including a digital strategist, email/nurture specialist, inbound specialist, and performance marketing specialist and will work cross-functionally to execute campaigns and to fine tune programs to ensure MQL and pipeline goals are met.




  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Activation teams in setting long- and short-term demand generation strategies and planning integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee the marketing automation system (Hubspot) and its integration points with other systems, including our website and with
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure hand-off of MQLs is effective and that lead management and lead scoring systems are optimized to meet pipeline goals
  • Direct digital execution of high-quality, integrated campaigns that align to the needs of our target buyer personas while also hitting KPI goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the creation of nurture programs designed to engage leads and qualify them for sales. 
  • Partner with Analytics team to develop frameworks and scorecards that assess campaign health and performance, gauge marketing impact on pipeline, and determine marketing ROI
  • Champion the practice of feeding analytics back into campaign best practices and sharing broadly with other teams
  • Own the digital campaign toolkit and manage the process of educating teams on campaign best practices
  • Provide guidance to the Events team to optimize digital promotion and lead capture strategies for events
  • Provide guidance and feedback to stakeholders on product positioning and marketing messaging to adapt as needed specific to digital campaigns, as well to ensure that content covers the breadth of needs across the buyers’ journey
  • Manage and set priorities for a team of digital marketing managers



  • 5-10 years marketing experience: planning and implementing multi-touch campaigns, including off-to-on and on-to-offline campaigns, nurture programs, and various types of paid acquisition programs.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, especially HubSpot
  • Product marketing and/or content marketing background in high-tech b2b
  • Experience writing and/or overseeing the production of high-quality web and email copy.
  • Extremely analytical and be able to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
  • Experience of B2B demand generation, direct response marketing, customer acquisition program development, management, and optimization. 
  • Strong B2B acquisition marketing experience in a digital environment, preferably with a technology company. 
  • Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user friendly, customer-facing campaigns. 
  • Proven ability synthesizing full funnel analytics, testing (such as A/B and multivariate) and customer insights into successful marketing strategies. 
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
