The Business Analyst role is part of the GPO (Global Production Operations) Operations Planning & Strategy (OP&S) team.  This team is the central point for GPO Strategy, Planning, Finance and Control, Strategy, Governance, Tools and Business Intelligence & Analytics. 




The Business Analyst will support the Governance and Analysis work area in OP&S working with stakeholders internal and external to GPO.  Key responsibilities include:


  • Support execution of GPO governance framework
  • Assist with the build out of and updates to the GPO collaboration infrastructure to monitor achievement of critical milestones on the GPO roadmap
  • Track and report on initiatives through their lifecycle
  • Monitor critical KPIs and measures to alert the business to any risks
  • Perform predictive analytics on KPIs to identify trends and patterns that will inform business decisions
  • Support preparation for Operations and Initiative reviews
  • Serve as a liaison between GPO Planning and the Business Planning and Operations (BP&O) team
  • Prepare executive ready presentations including findings and recommendations from analysis
  • Identify best practices that can be used to continually improve governance processes
  • Support GPO innovation activities.




  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent experience required
  • 5 years, including relevant operations experience
  • Advanced knowledge in planning/reporting, business intelligence, and relational database tools (e.g., Business Objects, Hyperion, Crystal, Clarity)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications required, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to manage the details while keeping the broader picture in-mind
  • Problem solver, consensus builder, results oriented with ability to quickly act to achieve goals
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects/assignments
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings/working sessions
  • Excellent oral/ written communication and presentation skills required
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • English fluency required
  • Domestic and International travel (up to 15%) required
