The Portals Manager (m/f) is responsible for oversight of the portfolio of portals that are part of the HERE digital ecosystem. Portals currently includes existing sites, such as the Developer Portal and the intranet, as well as potential future sites , such as Sales Portal and Partner Portal. Responsibilities vary for the different portal types, but generally this role will include the following: requirements gathering for portal strategy, roadmap development, resource planning (both internal with POIT and external with agencies), definition of linking strategies, collaboration with internal stakeholders and portal owners, definition and assessment of success metrics, reporting to stakeholders, and overall project management.

 

The role will focus on aligning portals to the strategy adopted for all HERE websites and web experiences. Collaborating with other teams will be essential for success, especially POIT, Content Studio, Marketing Activation, Employee Comms, and Brand teams. This individual will also need to develop close working relationship with site owners, the HERE Product Design studio, and other key stakeholders in the business.

 

This role is primarily based out of the HERE Berlin campus, with some occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strong digital experiences that meet the objectives of target audiences across HERE portals
  • Ensure that portals contribute to strategy and implementation of Digital Marketing initiatives for example: sales enablement/CRM, partner enablement, developer evangelism, funnel strategy, landing/campaign pages, cross-channel activity & campaigns
  • Work closely with Head of Sites/Portals to define and execute the portal strategy in HERE’s digital roadmap
  • Develop efficient and scalable processes for digital program/project delivery, improving performance within the Digital Marketing team, the HERE business and agency partners
  • Define metrics and measurement and lead the implementation/rollout across HERE portals
  • Collaborate with key internal business partners such as POIT to ensure effective execution of the digital roadmap/program and any integration with HERE systems, workflows and processes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring digital portals deliver the platform, tools, experience and innovation to drive business value

Qualifications

  • 10+ years work experience (agency or client side) managing digital projects, including website/portal roadmap requirements and UX/functional specifications.
  • BA Degree ideally in Marketing and Communications
  • Experience in managing multiple agencies, vendors and internal teams across delivery of complex portals
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Excellent project management and commiunication skills
  • Ability to lead when team members are not direct reports
  • Mindset of both adhering to and developing best practice and process improvement
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define and execute a digital strategy
