We are the lead story tellers of the company, orchestrating the stories and themes to be told through media, influencers, industry analysts and employees. The Executive & Employee Communications team supports building ONE HERE company, which executes with agility on a common business strategy and rolling business agenda, embraces ONE brand and acts from common values and a unified culture. We do this by continuously engaging our executives, leaders and employees to embrace the transformation and be proud of HERE, conveying ONE HERE story and becoming the best in-class voices for our company. The team is set up around three key pillars: Executive & Business Comms, Global Programs and Transformation Comms. It is supported by a Channels, Web Publishing & Analytics team and a Regional/Site comms team.
Naturally, this team works in tight cooperation with almost all other teams within HERE such as the Human Resources, Marketing, Product and Strategy teams as well as the Business and Sales teams.
We are looking for a Communications Director Executive & Business Communications (m/f) who is seasoned in corporate communications, has long-standing experience in advising executives and other senior leaders on communications strategies and messaging and is a high-level expert in building communications plans.
