    We are currently looking for an Executive Assisant to support the VP Business Solutions at our Berkeley office.  In order to successfully do this, s/he must be a proactive self starter with a positive can do attitude.  We are looking for someone who can take the reins with this new role for this team, while learning and utilizing resources from other top Executive Assistants within our global organization. This will involve heavy calendering, administrative tasks, monthly expense reports, and organizing events and special projects.  We look for smart, highly driven individuals with excellent initiative and the right attitude to be in a fast paced global environment. 



    You will be responsible for providing support in the following areas:

    • Maintaining, arranging and proactively prioritizing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and expenses.
    • Coordinating and arranging internal and external meetings, including meeting room reservations and catering.
    • Coordinating team events and workshops including facilities set up and minute taking during meetings.
    • Organizing, prioritizing and appropriately handling time sensitive information, and ensuring action required is addressed in a timely manner.
    • Coordinating and handling correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.


    • Education as Secretary/Assistant or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
    • 5 to 7 years’ experience in a Senior or Executive Administrative Assistant role
    • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other software / large enterprise systems
    • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
    • Project and task management skills
    • Ability to work with team members at all levels up to and including VP level
    • Ability to operate with self-initiative in ambiguous/dynamic situations
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Willingness to travel if required
