As Executive Assistant m/f, you will be responsible for supporting the Platform leadership team based in Berlin in a fast-paced dynamic environment.


You will be responsible for providing a proactive, efficient support in the following areas:


  • Organizes and coordinates Platform leadership teams' events and communications efficiently on spec, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. This includes handling interfaces to service provider e.g. facility, security and catering
  • Maintains, arranges and proactively prioritizes the diaries, coordinates travel arrangements and expenses submission for team members supported
  • Coordinates and arranges internal and external meetings including meeting room reservations and catering
  • Coordinates meeting, taking minute during meetings and following up action points
  • Organizes, prioritizes and appropriately handles time-sensitive information and ensures action required is addressed in a timely manner
  • Coordinates and handles correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Works closely with managers to understand reporting/information sharing needs to aid effective planning for the functions
  • Liaison with support functions (e.g. HR, Communications, Sourcing and Finance) to meet critical budget and performance management due dates 
  • Build strong relationships with other Team Assistants and cross-functional teams and globally to achieve common goals 



  • A minimum of 5 years experience of working in a global / international environment. Experience working with senior leadership teams and executives
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proven experience to work in a multicultural, international environment
  • Ability to operate with self-initiative in ambiguous/dynamic situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups such as senior management, peers, media and politicians
  • Experience adhering to strict confidentiality standards while displaying high levels of integrity and discretion
