    Sr. Account Manager is an individual contributor and is responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives with a leading French-Japanese Auto OEM in North America. The Sr. Account Manager will be part of a highly collaborative cross functional team and therefore, required to develop and lead various internal and external, cross functional projects to successful completion. This position requires someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to accept tasks and responsibilities that may fall outside a traditional salespersons role to ensure the ongoing success of the French-Japanese Auto OEMs North America Account Sales Team. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: prospecting content, IVI (In-Car-Infortainment), CVS (Connected Vehicle Services) and HAD (Highly Automated Driving) opportunities in all parts of the business at the client while creating the strategy to establish and collaborate the business plan with the client. This person will be key in leading and guiding the client regional account managers to develop proposals / Term Sheets and reach the contract. This person will consistently demonstrate advanced sales, marketing/ market research, analytical and business skills.

    What's the role?

    • Achieve assigned sales targets for the growth of company.
    • Drive the revenue of the program by monitoring and optimizing revenue from assigned business.
    • Develop and execute sales strategy for the assigned market and accounts.
    • Lead the projects and align with local & global team globally for the assigned customers.
    • Prospect and develop new business opportunities. Develop innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentation.
    • Strengthen relationship as a trusted advisor for the various stake holders of existing and potential customers (the French-Japanese OEM, its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) across multiple levels of organization and external parties in assigned business segment.
    • Work with key customer to identify future product requirements for HERE's location based solutions and services and communicate the requirements to product and operational team within organization.
    • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
    • Execute targeted customer training and workshop.
    • Coordinate and support the efforts of regional sales team of account executives for the client and their system vendors

    Who are you?

    • Over 7 years as a sales manager of account management or account sales with the proven record of being able to close complex deal.
    • Direct Sales experience is preferred.
    • Successful management of complex projects and demonstrated execution excellence.
    • Strong cross functional collaboration and team building skills.
    • Superior business, negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to build strong and influential relationships with key decision makers at the customer.
    • Able to manage various stakeholders at multiple levels of people and organization in automotive customers as well as assigned market.
    • Background in automotive electronics system integration solution or LBS related solution.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Motivated self-starter, with outstanding work ethic & energetic attitude.
    • Organized, strong follow-up skills, high sense of urgency.
    • Good communication skills in English.
    • Bachelors or advanced degree in business or engineering - MBA preferred.
