    We are seeking a full-time graduate intern with a strong background in computer vision and satellite imagery to join our group in Summer 2018. The candidate will research and implement enhancements to existing algorithms for automating the detection and recognition of map features and correspondence from ground and satellite imagery.

    What's the role?

    • Track and apply the latest algorithms from industry and research community.
    • Utilize computer vision and machine learning algorithms to solve complex engineering problems.
    • Participate in both algorithm and software developments as a part of an Agile team.
    • Communicate results in project reviews and demos.

    Who are you?

    • PhD. or Masters student in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
    • Experience/course work in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Satellite / Aerial Imagery, Photogrammetry, or Remote Sensing
    • Proficiency with Linux and scripting languages such as R, Matlab, Perl, Python
    • Experience with open source and third party computer vision libraries
    • Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
