    The mission for HERE EMEA Enterprise Sales is to grow our HERE content business, HERE Platform business and HERE Traffic business towards B2B / Enterprise target markets, leveraging the growing important of Location & Geospatial into Enterprise Applications : Asset tracking, Mobile Asset Management, Fleet management, Mobile Workforce management, Geographical Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things, Usage Based Insurance, Road User Charging and Indoor Navigation opportunities. In Government, many application scenarios: Smart Cities, Traffic Service, Road planning, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Public Transit, GIS for Local Governments & Municipalities, Emergency services, etc.  Our go-to-market model is a segmented approach, engaging directly with a few Strategic customers (including SAP), working towards mid-tier accounts through VARS and Resellers, and reaching to the long tail of developers and small companies via web-based self-serve model.


    To expand our team we are looking for a Junior Account Manager


    The Junior Account Manager is responsible for supporting Northern Europe Key Accounts Account Managers with their Key Account (> 100K€ / year each) management and follow-up on internal processed related to Legal, price approval, product ordering. Their work should help growing HERE Sales and business towards Key Accounts.


    The Junior Account Manager will be in charge of:  Establishing/expanding relationships with assigned accounts or prospect accounts.  


    This position is for a university graduated and talented salesperson, with drive and ambition. This is a revenue-driven, quota-based sales position, covering sales activities. The position is based in the HERE office in Paddington, London.

    What's the role?

    In its role, the Junior Account Manager will have the following responsibilities: 

    • Sales farming & prospecting support for Key Accounts:
    • Follow-up on contract renewals & Mine The Vault sales initiatives
    • Follow-up on Licensee usage reports & Payments
    • Send presentations relative to Product Updates
    • Support in lead generation, joint marketing programs;
    • Support research on targeted accounts, identification of Key Decision Makers; pre-qualification of business potential, etc.
    • Support to Senior Account Executives for customer meetings for smaller deals

    Sales Admin Support

    • Supporting price request; answering pricing questions
    • Follow-up internal pricing approvals, legal approvals, contract signature processes and enabling customers access to HERE services and data
    • Put together presentations, small market studies
    • Support in identifying targets, contracts
    • Support when booth duties are required for sponsored events
    • Help with Request For Quotation/Information answers (translations, gathering info, follow-up with stake holders)
    • General help in finding product info or other info internally

    Who are you?

    • Minimum of 3+ years sales support experience in a B2B commercial software / Enterprise / SMB environment
    • Ability to work collaboratively at all levels with external and internal customers / teams to ensure mutual success
    • Must speak and write English fluently
    • Proficient in using Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. preferable
    • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
    • Excellent telephone communication skills
    • Organized, detailed oriented, excellent with follow-up
    • Goal oriented, self-motivated, positive attitude, and must be a team player
    • A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, ability to adapt is required to enable you to work in a fast moving and challenging environment!
