As a Software Engineer inside the Technical Customer Support division of HERE you will work with a dedicated customer. This opportunity is located in our Berkeley Office and onsite at HERE customer locations. Your responsibilities are supporting the customer, trouble shouting / debugging on embedded devices, tracking and reporting customer issues and integrating / testing the HERE Location data and the HERE Location cloud. You are the voice of the Customer and you will represent the customer to our internal groups.
