    The Senior Manager, Strategy & Customer Operations, Americas, reports to the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations, Americas. The Americas Region organization is responsible for driving revenue for HERE with product offerings that span multiple vertical markets (Automotive, Internet/AdTech/High Tech, Public Sector etc) within North, South America, LATAM & Caribbean via key customer accounts and partnerships. 

    What's the role?

    The Business Planning Manager manages Americas Region reporting and analytics to identify drivers and solutions to meeting our performance objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) around Pipeline, Revenue, Process and People. These central activities must enable, coordinate and support Americas Region Sector and Support groups. In addition, the organization interfaces with key internal & external groups including EMEA/APAC Regional teams, Finance and HERE Business Groups.

    • Responsible for supporting overall management and strategy by planning, tracking, and driving Americas Regional performance and optimization.
    • S/He will be instrumental in driving our transition to a P&L structure; developing and maintaining scorecards that present key data to communicate performance within the region; between regions and to our executive team and business leaders.
    • Role will focus primarily on assembling definitive set of process, enablement, operational and financial metrics to present an accurate and comprehensive view of Americas Region performance. S/He will liaise with Global Sales Operations, Industry and Finance teams to devise and implement strategies, solutions to evolve supporting tools and processes, critical to operations, revenue and territory planning.
    • Business Planning Manager will lead the scorecard process including:1) metrics development/update 2) performance metrics consolidation 3) report generation indicating performance & improvement areas. S/He will measure performance against plan and determine remedy for deviations

    Who are you?

    • Undergraduate degree Required: Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Business Administration
    • MBA Preferred (emphasis in Finance preferred)
    • 15+ years relevant experience required, with relevant experience
    • 5+ years post-MBA experience with focus in operations, finance or strategy preferred
    • Project management experience desired
    • Expertise knowledge in Microsoft Office applications required, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word
    • English fluency required
    • Excellent oral/ written communication and presentation skills required
    • Exemplary planning skills required
    • Ability manage large volume of data to develop analysis and models, keeping the organizational picture in mind
    • Able to lead, facilitate cross-functional meetings for input, performance measures
    • Domestic and International travel (up to 20%) required
