    HERE Technologies is seeking an experienced, data-driven B2B revenue marketer to lead and develop our IoT & Partner Marketing Activation team. You will deliver key business results by implementing integrated customer and prospect marketing campaigns that directly create demand and drive revenue growth. The Head of IoT & Partner Marketing Activation will be mainly responsible for outbound campaigns addressing specific buyer personas in target industries (e.g. Transport & Logistics, Telecommunications & Utilities, Media) and reports to the Director Marketing Activation, based in Berlin/Germany.


    • Leadership, people management and coaching for a team of six marketing managers based in Berlin, Chicago and Berkeley.
    • Turning business objectives input by key stakeholders into integrated B2B marketing campaigns that directly affect revenue growth.
    • Leading planning, execution and optimization of customer and prospect marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
    • Creation of content and definition of paid, owned and earned tactics that address industry-specific buyer persona needs and respective buying process stages.
    • Driving marketing contribution to pipeline, including development and execution of lead nurture pathways to accelerate pipeline and increase close/win rate.
    • Working in close collaboration with internal Digital CoE team to ensure seamless integration of inbound and outbound campaigns and lead management.
    • Working in close collaboration with internal Content Studio and Comms teams, manage the development of a constant stream of content assets (e.g. whitepapers, videos, webinars, etc.).
    • Manage and align with key stakeholders to ensure smooth 360 planning on an annual and quarterly basis – e.g. Sales, Product Marketing, Digital CoE, Comms, Brand, Content Studio, etc.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive and insightful KPI reports and advise on the effectiveness and instant optimization of our customer and prospect marketing campaigns and spending. 
    • Manage and further evolve the agency and marketing tech supplier setup in close collaboration with Digital CoE team. 
    • Plan, manage, forecast and optimize IoT & Partner Marketing budget.


    • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the technology or software sector.
    • 3+ years of successful leadership in customer and prospect marketing teams out of a central position at a leading B2B or B2B2C organization.
    • 3+ years of team leadership and people management.
    • Strong planning and project management skills, accustomed to meeting planned budget within strict timelines.
    • Proven track record of collaborating closely with sales and product organizations to develop joint strategies for creating demand.
    • Applied knowledge of the different types of content and tactics required to develop marketing campaigns that address buyer needs and consider buying process journeys.
    • Excellent understanding of lead and pipeline generation modelling, respective KPIs and indicators, and definition of annual, quarterly, monthly, campaign and tactic goals for leads and pipeline.
    • Experience in multi stakeholder management and building relationships.
    • Experienced and comfortable with working in a decentralized global organization in a strongly dynamic transformational phase.
    • Resilient and comfortable with transformational ambiguity, as well as with leading a distributed team through change.
    • Experienced in managing and building agency relationships.
    • Highly effective communication and presentation skills and working easily with all hierarchy levels of the company.
    • Experienced with Hubspot, and Confluence is a plus.
