    HERE Technologies is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager who plans, implements and optimizes B2B marketing programs and campaigns targeted at the automotive OEM and Tier 1 supplier audience. You should be data-driven, passionate and excited about enabling our customers through location intelligence on their transformation to an autonomous future of mobility. In this role, you will create integrated outbound campaigns addressing specific buyer personas to generate demand and drive customer engagement. As a member of the Marketing Activation team, you will be working in a truly global, creative and fast-pacing environment, bringing together multiple stakeholders to orchestrate cross-functional marketing campaigns.

    What's the role?

    • Turning business objectives input by key stakeholders into integrated B2B marketing plans that directly affect revenue growth.
    • Planning, execution and optimization of integrated customer and prospect marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing (e.g. through events, email, search marketing, paid social, digital display advertising, content marketing, etc.)
    • Defining content strategy, messaging and paid, owned and earned tactics that address automotive specific buyer persona needs and respective buying process stages.
    • Driving marketing contribution to pipeline, including development and execution of lead nurture pathways to accelerate pipeline and increase close/win rate and support RFQs. 
    • Working in close collaboration with internal Digital CoE team to ensure seamless integration of inbound and outbound campaigns and lead management.
    • Working in close collaboration with internal Content Studio, Social Media and Comms teams, manage the development of a constant stream of content assets (e.g. whitepapers, videos, webinars, etc.).
    • Align with key stakeholders to ensure smooth 360 planning on an annual and quarterly basis – e.g. Sales, Product Marketing, Digital CoE, Comms, Brand, Content Studio, etc.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive and insightful KPI reports for campaigns. Manage vendors and campaign budgets required to execute against plans.

    Who are you?

    • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive OEM / Tier 1 supplier, mobility provider, or technology sector.
    • 3+ years of 360 campaign management out of a central position at a leading B2B or B2B2C organization.
    • Strong planning and project management skills, accustomed to meeting planned budget within strict timelines.
    • Ability to think strategically with managing the detail of tactical execution.
    • Proven track record of collaborating closely with sales and product organizations to develop joint strategies for creating demand.
    • Experience in multi stakeholder management and building cross-functional relationships.
    • Applied knowledge of the different types of content and tactics required to develop marketing campaigns that address buyer needs and consider buying process journeys.
    • Excellent understanding of lead and pipeline generation modelling, respective KPIs, and definition of campaign and tactic goals.
    • Experienced and comfortable with working in a decentralized global organization in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment.
    • Experience managing agencies, expert at writing creative briefs, developing scope of work and overseeing agency retainers.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
    • Proven positioning and messaging skills.
    • Experienced with Hubspot, Salesforce.com and Confluence is a plus.
