    What's the role?

    The Pre-Sales Manager for IOT supports the client director and account executives (AEs) by leading strategic and tactical sales support across industries verticals in the SEA+India region. This includes, but is not limited to, development of value propositions, making recommendations bid/ deal proposals; collating technical and commercial responses from functions across here; developing, making recommendations on appropriate pricing & business models in collaboration with product teams and licensing business operations.


    You will have the opportunity to 

    • Collaborate with account executives/Client directors to drive numerous business development initiatives in industry segments from start to finish, including assessing the opportunity, creating value proposals, structuring and negotiating contracts and ensuring winning new revenue opportunities.
    • Develop customer specific account strategy in collaboration with industry marketing leaders, account executives and internal partners within HERE.
    • Interface with customers where required to educate on Here products and services, gain customer insights, and clarify requirements and business models
    • Liaise with colleagues from other regions to align and gain global market insights
    • Work with the field marketing team to provide effective support on industry and Here hosted events

    Who are you?

    You are a flexible, result orientated business pre-sales professional. You have proven experience in understanding client needs and in translating such needs into tangible solutions .You are comfortable working in dispersed teams, as an individual contributor and open to going the extra mile to achieve a business outcome.



    You also possess the following skills and qualifications: 


    • A Bachelor's degree  
    • At least 12 years + of business, Pre Sales experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are comfortable dealing directly with clients and customers
    • Analytical and data modeling skills are second nature to you.
    • You possess strong presentation skills and demonstrate commercial and contracting acumen.
    • You are able to work in virtual teams and collaborate across several internal and external partners and stakeholders.
    • You are open to travel for upto 20% of your time in the region.
