    HERE is looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Connected Vehicle Services team, who develop batch and real-time event processing systems in a big data streaming environment.  In this role, the successful candidate will be participating in and supporting all stages of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.  In collaboration with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quality teams (internal and external), Stakeholders, and Customers, he/she develops a plan, defines milestones & deliverables, and regularly reports on status.

    • Develop project scopes, objectives, and milestones, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Use Agile methodologies to ensure that all ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Manage inter-team dependencies and support customer programs to prevent impediments and foster collaboration
    • Work with Engineering Manager(s) and Program Manager(s) to ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track dependencies and progress towards internal and external milestones
    • Use appropriate processes to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs 
    • Leverage JIRA, Confluence, Office365, and other tools to provide statistics and reports for project management and reporting to stakeholders
    • Identify, track and manage risks, and escalate when necessary
    • Establish and maintain internal and external relationships, including stakeholders, customers, vendors, and suppliers
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and artifacts to align with HERE PDLC and ISO standards

    Who are you?

    • Education: B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical field (e.g. computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, physics, statistics, or econometrics)  
    • 6+ years of prior Project Management or Leadership experience in an Agile software development environment  
    • Driven and self-motivated to deliver while facing uncertainty, tough timelines, and high complexity  
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types  
    • Must be a team-player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment across many job functions  
    • The ability to think strategically whilst being pragmatic and delivery focused  
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to convey complex technical solutions in audience-friendly terms, up to EVP level, in English  
    • You are able to travel up to 10% of your time  

     

    Highly Desired Skills:

    • Excellent knowledge and experience in Agile development methods, preferably as a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager  
    • Experience as a Product Owner or/and Technical Team Lead  
    • Prior Software Engineer experience  
    • Deep understanding of the tech and automotive industries  
    • Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches  
    • Previous experience developing cloud-based software services and software products, ideally in the Automotive sector  
    • Agile-oriented certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Developer, Product Owner, or Agile Practitioner  
    • Experience working with JIRA & Confluence
