    The Revenue Marketing Lead is charged with generating revenue through the creation and development of sales opportunities via global & regional campaigns, field/onsite activities and lead nurture programs.  Specific responsibilities include revenue attribution through marketing development, product and solution focused marketing, customer focused marketing, as well as acquisition (new logo + up-sell) and retention focused marketing.

    • Accelerate and grow revenue & pipeline through the facilitation and execution of targeted demand generation and retention activities: Planning, development, and facilitation of targeted activities that will drive both inbound sales leads and industry specific revenues.
    • Position HERE as a key enabler and thought leader for all products and services:  Not all campaigns and activities will generate immediate revenues.  Revenue Marketing also helps to enable future products/markets through the execution of thought leadership activities specific to priority segments – aligned to corporate thought leadership strategy and tactics
    • Deployment and Management of Regional Field Marketing Initiatives that position HERE as a leader in the specific industry space:  Local enablement for both events and sales, the Field Marketing team executes the Revenue Marketing plans at a local level within their assigned region.
    • Lead Development programs that ensure sales effectiveness Establishing programs and lead development initiatives that maintains targeted and high potential leads are delivered to sales channels.


      • Define and execute on a comprehensive demand generation and customer marketing roadmap that drives pipeline across new and expansion opportunities, as well as improves customer retention across all business segments.
      • Develop and foster a deep cross-functional partnership with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Comms and Sales teams. Establishing clear communication, alignment, and trust with these groups will be critical to success.
      • Continue to execute on and optimize existing channels, including paid search, paid social, display, content syndication, webinars, and ABM, while experimenting with new demand gen channels, techniques, and messaging to scale marketing spend while maintaining target profit margins.
      • Mitigate churn through proactive and reactive strategies which seek to optimize the customer experience, increase customer lifetime value, and improve overall profitability.
      • Segment the customer base and target content to the right segments to ensure high relevance & personalization
      • Lead Partner marketing programs, working closely with partner account managers to understand the business requirements and deliver impactful revenue generating programs – aligned to broader pipeline activity and other partner strategies
      • Deployment and Management of Regional Field Marketing initiatives that position HERE as a leader in the specific industry space-local enablement for both events and sales
      • Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of demand gen and customer marketing programs to stakeholders and the executive team.
      • Deployment and Management of a lead development program that effectively nurtures inbound and outbound sales opportunities through multi-touch campaigns and SDR outreach.

    Who are you?


    • 10- 15+ years of demonstrated success leading the Marketing functions, ideally in an international SaaS business.
    • Demonstrated experience creating, building and managing demand generation campaigns supporting consistent corporate message, branding and marketing materials. Experience supporting different models of a multi-unit business in high touch/high stakes service environment highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of MarTech, experience with the most cutting-edge technology needed to drive success
    • Strong understanding of Sales Development Rep (SDR) function
    • Deep expertise in the areas of direct marketing methodologies initiatives, digital and social media strategy, business to business marketing programs to achieve business objectives
    • Proven experience building and leading a strong marketing operations team responsible for 100's of promotional campaigns, both national and local in nature
    • Demonstrated strong process improvement, analytical problem solving, and data driven decision making skills. Ability to develop and define the Company's lead to fulfillment efforts and correct measurements of success
    • Experience in building and managing global and regional teams ( across regions/virtually)
    • Strong leader, can develop talent and is able to lead in a cultural diverse environment
