    HERE Technologies is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Operations Manager who will own demand gen campaign execution and provide oversight of the system to ensure that leads are effectively captured, engaged, marketing qualified, and routed to sales when appropriate.  This individual will support the Digital and Activation team on digital campaign planning and execution to ensure that campaigns adhere to digital best practices, align to the goals and interests of our target audiences, and achieve desired business outcomes and KPIs.

    What's the role?

    The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of the performance of all digital marketing funnels for HERE target segments. This includes: 

    • Defining funnel stages and setting up marketing automation to capture and track leads across all HERE digital properties
    • Carrying out segmentation of the database and collaborating with Activation to implement email marketing strategies, such as nurture programs or re-engagement programs.
    • Maintenance of lead forms to optimize high-quality conversion, including strategies for data capture such as progressive profiling
    • Partner with Sales to own end to end lead management and lead scoring and deliver MQLs to sales
    • Partner with Sales Development function to manage outbound and inbound lead strategies
    • Partnering with Sales to set up Salesforce and run reports on MQL creation and pipeline generation
    • Implement CRM and marketing automation operational and process improvements
    • Own email campaigns and webinar program execution aligned to marketing plan and objectives.
    • Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure campaign efficacy; including channel metrics, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
    • Maintain the performance and health of the database through audience segmentation, content, images, send times, list hygiene, deliverability, etc.
    • Administer the sync between our marketing automation system and our CRM, ensuring that the right information is available for sales & marketing to deliver an optimal prospect and customer experience.
    • Be the subject matter expert on marketing technology platforms and work closely with Marketing Leadership to manage all marketing technology platforms

     

    Who are you?

    • 5-7 years in a marketing operations/demand generation or similar role
    • 5-7 years hands-on experience administering Marketo; Marketo certification is required
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation integration with CRM
    • Experience planning and implementing multi-touch campaigns, including off-to-on and on-to-offline campaigns, nurture programs, and various types of paid acquisition programs.
    • A strong understanding of demand generation, marketing automation, including how various nurture programs tie into the overall marketing / sales funnel
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data into understandable information that supports effective decision making
    • Strong project management, time management and cross-functional coordination skills
    • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and establish new processes while streamlining existing ones
    • Experience developing A/B testing on landing pages using Marketo
    • Experience working with global teams
    • Ability to travel (approximately 10% of the time)
