    The customer (sales) organisation at HERE orchestrates all our conversations and interactions with our customers in South Korea. This team is looking to hire a sales operations professional to support a large trans national automotive customer sales team.

     

    What's the role?

    As a sales support specialist, you will be supporting sales operations and marketing efforts for a large trans national automotive customer.

     

    Your main responsibilities include:

    • Reinforcing relationship with working level managers and building new networks with the customer
    • Supporting sales related administrative work at a global account and Korea account level organization and communicating to internal stakeholders.
    • Organizing & leading customer meetings and following-up on all action items from the meetings.
    • Handing customer queries and troubleshooting issues with internal stakeholders
    • Conducting business related market research and finding out new opportunities from the research.
    • Supporting with documentation (eg contract, price letter and evaluation agreement & schedules etc)
    • Managing map data distribution as a primary contact between customers and HERE and managing quality and field issue discussions between customers and HERE.

    Who are you?

    You are an ideal candidate for this role if you possess the following skills and capabilities.

    • Bachelor's degree in any related field
    • 3-5 years of total work experience in sales operations/sales support or marketing role.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, (in Korean and English)
    • Presentation skills
    • Project support, organization and planning skills.
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), ERP and CRM software skills (Salesforce.com) skills
    • Relationship building skills
    • Ability to travel for at least 20% of your time.
