    Quality team in Leon is seeking for a Quality Specialist.  This team is responsible for the assurance and conditions of our products. Working in an agile environment, keeping track of our projects and involving many cross functional and international interactions.


    Some of the challenges in this role, that you will face,  are to provide Quality analysis and support on projects and processes . This throught the use of different tools like:  Pareto analysis or root cause analysis.  Also, you will help to define the necessary quality checks needed across projects.


    This position supports Continuous Improvement efforts, actively participating in preparation and execution of Lean related activities like Workshops, Kaizen, MDIs, DMAIC projects, etc.

    What's the role?


    • Work with Production and project stakeholders to identify quality gaps; close gaps/implement improvements identified by Process /Quality Metrics analysis
    • Performs database checks for specific projects to determine quality gap and make recommendations if correction is needed
    • Applies set of standardized tools including Pareto Chart, Five Why analysis, 8 Ds and advanced problem identification.
    • Monitor project performance after corrective actions have been implemented
    • Support Six Sigma improvement projects where applicable
    • Help capture ‘best practices’ and drive knowledge sharing for wider utilization
    • Support development/enhancement of quality and related management initiatives for enhancing global production performance

    Who are you?


    • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification highly desired
    • Experience in other Continuous Improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen) highly desirable.
    • Demonstrable training/certification/usage of core tools (FMEA, MSA, Pareto, RCA, Control Plan, Risk Management, et.). 
    • ISO 9001:2015
    • Agile practicioner                                                                                                                                       
    • Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate team members in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills (English).
    • Ability to interact effectively with both managerial and operational levels.
