    At HERE Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive who will be responsible for working closely with the HERE executive sales and business development team to win new business and nurture high level relationships in the Telco / Service Provider industry. We are looking to supplement the Media, Advertising & Service Providers business development and sales team with an energetic, enthusiastic, self-starter.  In this high profile role, you will engage with the executives of large Service Providers / Telco accounts. 

     

    The successful candidate will have prior sales and quota-bearing experience in the space of Service Providers / Telco sector, with familiarity in data and / or technology sales, and an interest in developing expertise in geospatial technologies and services.

    What's the role?

    The main objectives of this role are:

    • Win new business for HERE products and services; expand the client roster; generate new revenue from existing products and services.
    • Support and further the company expansion in the Service Provider / Telco space through access to your network in this market.
    • Manage high level strategic relationships with key stakeholders in large accounts.
    • Network at industry events to build brand recognition and develop a pipeline of opportunities to close.
    • Research and understand the market needs and dynamics pertaining to the geospatial segment.
    • Travel to client offices to conduct new business meetings (occasional travel to Chicago and San Francisco is expected, frequent travel to New York City and Eastern Seaboard is a must)

    The HERE Media, Advertising & Service Providers team at HERE is a cross-functional, fast acting, entrepreneurship driven and oriented team, innovating internally and externally.

    Who are you?

    To be successful in this role, some experience you will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 10+ years' experience working in a business development and sales environment
    • 5+ years' experience working with clients and accounts in the Service Providers / Telco industry
    • Knowledge of business models, pricing models and industry trends
