    As Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be a member of the Solution Engineering team, within HERE Customer Organization, responsible for supporting the team engaged in engineering/SW development projects for customers.

    What's the role?

    Assists VP CCO Solution Engineering and her team with administrative work including: managing schedules, travel arrangements, special event planning, expense reports, purchase order creation, data gathering and related administrative duties.

     

    • Provides assistance to the team on routine departmental/division projects.
    • Coordinates schedules and makes appointments.
    • Coordinates and executes catered meals for meetings
    • Greets visitors and directs to appropriate area or person.
    • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
    • Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facilities
    • Record and transcribe minutes of meetings.
    • Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
    • Works with other departments to accomplish tasks and resolve issues.
    • Helps create internal presentations and collect data from teams.
    • Aggregating and reporting various data reports, including confidential information.
    • Interfaces with customers and partners to coordinate meetings and workshops.

     

    Who are you?

    • BS degree required 
    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
    • Expertise level of knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word & Excel & Powerpoint
    • Expert level skills on travel and schedule management
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
