    Our Technical Pre-sales team supports our Direct Sales and Partner sales organisation with technical support on RFPs and RFQs and sales pursuits. This team is looking to hire an APAC Head to work closely with our regional sales leadership team.

    What's the role?

    In this role, you will develop and execute sales engineering and architecture capabilities across APAC that accelerates sales growth and customer relevance. You will outline role/customer requirements for pre-sales expertise, build talent profiles and build a new team. You will align current and future portfolio roadmap capabilities to Customer teams.

     

    Your main responsibilities include:

    • Developing solution framework standards across APAC customer teams
    • Partnering closely with Business Group teams to prioritize roadmaps and how will be executed across APAC
    • Engaging and leading with key customers to help prioritize key customer targets across early-engagement opportunities.
    • Leading a group of Sales Engineers to develop and prioritize key partner solutions priorities and approach for APAC
    • Business Architecture leadership, providing clear APAC point of view of portfolio needs, gaps and opportunities.
    • Accelerating the organization ability to link and articulate HEREs vision to existing and future product portfolios.
    • Working across the partner community, customers and HERE to help build more scalable co-innovation, proof of concepts and articulating the value of existing solutions.

    Who are you?

    To be successful in this role you possess the following skill sets and competencies

    • At least 18+ years of industry and pre-sales experience leading regional teams in APAC
    • Ability to create and evangelize a Solution architecture
    • Leadership skills and influencing skills
    • Ability to connect current/future technology transitions to customer requirements
    • Customer acumen and executive presence
    • Ability to strongly connect the dots of vision to execution
    • Understanding of the cloud technologies and SAAS/PAAS models of business.
