Our Technical Customer support team is looking to hire a senior software engineer in Seoul. This is the team that provides specialised technology support to our customers after a sale has been completed.
As the Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for providing specialist product support to HERE customers that are using our products. You will have strong customer focus, experience of software development and a desire to learn and become a subject matter expert.
As a Software Engineer inside the Global Technical Services division of HERE you will work to become a product expert providing second-line support to our customers. The position is mainly located within the HERE offices, but from time to time you will be required to visit our Customers.
