    What's the role?

    This role will involve cross-functional and international interactions and main responisbilities will be to work as a:

    • Program manager for customer audits and create detailed plans for audits (Customers ,TUV SUD ), including site certifications
    • Help scale customer audit practices and to enable satisfying growing number of customer audit requests. 
    • Support and lead execution of internal and external quality system and process audits related to the ISO 9001 and other quality standards, to maintain and expand Quality Management System, including new office certifications.
    • Report quality performance and findings to through HERE audit processes
    • Benchmark HERE Quality Management System against other companies in the industry.


    Who are you?

    • Bachelor's degree (Software/Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Management) and experience in Software Process engineering
    • 2+ years of experience in working with, and setting up Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO/TS16949, CMMi DMM, ITIL, ASPICE, ISO26262 ,  ISO27001 or other quality standards.
    • Experience with software development methods (e.g. Agile) and a software continuous improvement framework (e.g. CMMI, A-SPICE)
    • Experoence in Customer facing roles.
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing and presenting.
    • Strong Project management skills
