The HERE Quality Office is responsible for driving high standards of quality throughout the organization to positively impact value delivery to our customers. We are a cross functional, industry leading, best practice driven quality team.

    What's the role?

    • Benchmark HERE Quality Management System against other companies in the industry. 
    • Identify and deploy the most relevant quality standards for HERE’s new Platform and Big Data based business models
    • Support and lead execution of internal and external quality system and process audits related to the ISO 9001 and other Platform and Big Data quality standards, to maintain, improve and expand Quality Management System.
    • Report quality performance and findings through HERE audit processes
    • This role involves cross-functional and international interactions.

     

    Who are you?

    • Bachelor's degree (Software/Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Management) and experience in Software Process engineering
    • Experience with software develpoment methods(e.g Agile) , process improvement framework (e.g. CMMI, A-SPICE), audit experience and Big Data management
    • 2+ years of experience in working with, and setting up Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001, and/or CMM-DMMi, SOC2, ITIL, ISO27001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO27001 or other quality standards.
    • Customer facing experience is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing and presenting.
