    As a member of the Operations Enablement team, the project manager will support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on uplifting, building and scaling operational capabilities that enable Here’s business strategy.  This role should drive project management discipline and change management methodology to meet project deliverables and sustainable change.  

    What's the role?

    • Leads virtual cross functional teams through the lifecycle of the project from initiation through to delivery and finalizing business case; involving all relevant stakeholders
    • Manage project risks and issues, effectively communicate mitigation plans and escalate issues where appropriate; serve as the key escalation point for all critical issues and initiatives
    • Manage the day-to-day project activities and lead the project management team meetings; facilitate and directly drive critical issue resolution and eliminate roadblocks.
    • Provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership;
      • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to track project performance and important developments; synthesize raw data into digestible and actionable information
      • Create dashboards to measure performance along a number of different financial, strategic, and competitive dimensions
    • Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
    • Design communication and training strategies, including identifying the appropriate learning process, timing, execution, and delivery

    Who are you?

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
    • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent 
    • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in IT project management (e.g., cyber security, privacy, GDPR), preferably large global projects
    • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget
    • Ability to present to executive sponsors and demonstrated excellent communication skills; both written and oral for technical staff, non-technical staff and all levels of management
    • Ability to influence and gain buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peer
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
    • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
    • Experience in change management and conflict management
    • Project plan creation, using PM tool (e.g., MS Project)
    • Working knowledge of Excel, collaboration tools (e.g. sharepoint)
