    What's the role?

    The Account Executive owns the end to end relationship with new and assigned Customers to create breakthrough opportunities for HERE. This role will promote, upsell and cross-sell the HERE product & services stack focusing on the business benefits of each technology. This role is expected to develop a portfolio of new accounts and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with our customers across key segments in Southeast Asia. The Account Executive’s role is demanding but enormously rewarding, enabling the successful candidate to make a positive difference for our Customers, our Partners and our Company. The Account Executive will work with evolving and leading-edge technologies, engage with people at many of the world’s greatest national and multinational companies, and collaborate with the world’s leading team of global digital mapping specialists.

     

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sell the full portfolio of HERE products, services and solutions to new and existing key accounts
    • Scout, hunt, qualify and sign new key accounts across Transport & Logistics and Public Sector & Infrastructure segments across Southeast Asia
    • Manages a sales quota and responsibility for building a very strong pipeline of opportunities
    • Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand HERE wallet share within named accounts through the development and execution of specific account plans.
    • Full account management including product portfolio training, identifying and articulating the HERE value proposition, monthly forecasting, issue resolution, response to customer requirements, provision of feedback on organisational/product performance, and ensure timely and effective weekly and other reporting tasks as required.
    • Establish a ‘trusted advisor’ status with top-level executives/decision makers
    • Established full data accuracy in Salesforce and associated internal systems related opportunity pipeline
    • Create and manage a governance structure for projects and initiatives owned

    Who are you?

    You are a strong fit for this role if you possess the following skills, abilities and experience.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or related fields.
    • 9 + years of proven Business to Business sales experience.
    • A consistent track record of hunting and closing new sales opportunities
    • Experience in IT Platform, IT Services or mapping companies selling to Transport & Logistics and/or Public Sectors
    • Demonstrated ability to generate, advance, and close large $1M+ complex software and/or services transactions
    • Ability to execute a complex sales process, including commercial and technical pre-sales resources.
    • Deep understanding of the “Digital” opportunities leveraging technology- and business-disruption in a transformative approach
