    What's the role?

    This role is leading the Public Sector team within the America’s Customer Organization.  The Public Sector team is chartered with growing HERE’s business across a number of critical elements – delivering growth by leading a go-to-market for Americas business that encompasses sales, marketing, partner development and solutions, being the Americas spokesperson and leader for Public Sector, the company champion to align multiple functional groups together. The team is extremely collaborative and given the growth potential across the federal, state and local levels. The team’s focus is on building value based relationships with key buying centers and and helping unleash the power of location to deliver customer value. It will leverage a customer centric sales methodology to bring value to both our Customers and HERE. The upside for this team and this role is tremendous.


    • Meets and/or exceeds key revenue and booking targets for the team he/her is managing as well as delivering against all other key sales objectives.
    • Build and execute the Go To Market strategy for segment which includes overseeing customer segmentation, building and managing the partner ecosystem and marketing approach to deliver growth.
    • Recruits, manages, motivates and retains an experienced world-class sales managers and representatives
    • Coaching a growing team of managers to create high quality performers.
    • Assists his/her team in managing C-Suite relationships with key customers.
    • Guides the team on how to utilize a buyer driven sales process to move deals forward in the journey.
    • Coaches the team to develop strong customer loyalty within current accounts to help cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for team, along with creating a strong referral network.
    • Coaches the team to increase bookings in new logo customer for HERE.
    • Successfully manages and engages the team in sales and value selling involving compelling value propositions
    • Ensures that his/her team maintains information including customer relationship management system and sales forecasts for HERE management. Aggregates this information on behalf of the team and provides insights to executive leadership

    Who are you?

    • 15+ years of relevant sales experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • 5+ years previous sales management experience.
    • Go-to-market experience
    • Highly complex matrix management experience
    • Thought leadership, external speaking experience
    • Executive presence and leadership
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple team members
    • Moderate travel required.
