This is a key leadership role within HERE HR Organization in the Americas region. As the manager of this team you would lead the People Enablement function for North America. You would be responsible for an efficient and flawless planning and execution of all regional HR processes pertaining to Employee Life Cycle Management, People Initiatives and Annual People Calendar. You would build and nurture a high performing HR team in the region and execute global strategies in region by partnering with functional business HR group. Besides the above we expect you to be an effective collaborator with the different HR COE’s and you develop and maintain strong relationships with them to ensure we are “OneHR”.
