    What's the role?

    Business Development Responsibilities:


    ·      OLP Portal - primary customer contact:

      • First point of contact for OLP portal requests responsible to qualify the new leads (answering or dispatching to the right stakeholders)
      • Understands the customer requests and responds accordingly
      • Providing first OLP overview (remote session usually) with qualified leads to further validate the business opportunity


    ·      RFQ Support:

      • Supports sales on RFQs (provides direct answers or collects answers and funnels them to sales)
      • Acts as SPOC towards Business Development, Product Management, Development
      • Creates an initial knowledge base for RFQ support with the aim to reduce the personal efforts spend in individual RFQs


    • Sales Support:
      • Supports sales in early customer engagement by presenting OLP vision and capabilities e.g. std OLP pitch deck and demo
      • Assists in customer on-boarding process and path to contract


    ·       Marketplace technical operations responsibilities:

    ·       First point of contact for OLP portal requests related to marketplace

    ·       Qualifies the data provider and consumer requests, responds accordingly and involves additional HERE entities e.g.: marketplace business operations team if needed

    ·       Providing first OLP marketplace overview (remote session usually) including marketplace capabilities for providers and consumers, business models and onboarding scenarios

    ·       Assists the on-boarding of data providers / consumers and path to contract

    • Other activities
      • Responsible for creating Customer Funnel reporting 2018 which involves maintaining a customer on-boarding slide deck updated bi-weekly

    ·       Facilitates the identification and documentation of technical gaps and customer requirements/issues, creates “Jobs to be Done” stories and documents the new requirements in Jira ready for Product Management to be taken over

    ·       Helps the BD team in researching, mapping and describing OLP use cases across various vertical and horizontal markets in line with sales playbooks and HERE portfolio maps
