  • What's the role?

    We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist to be based in Göteborg, Sweden. This role will be supportive to a highly successful senior account executive in the Nordics and together you will be running all the Nordics Automotive Industry business. This position will offer someone the opportunity to develop and grow yourself into an Account Executive position.

    The role will have the following responsibilities;

    • Responsible for creating accurate, well-written and properly formatted RFX (RFI, RFQ, etc) responses.
    • Co-developing and co-managing accounts through constant and broad positioning of the HERE product portfolio and networking, while maintaining and sustaining successful ongoing relationships with Key Decision Makers
    • Ensures all customer requirements are met and RFX responses comply with all internal guidelines
    • Identifying with the sales and marketing team, potential business opportunities
    • Being effective interface between customer and various departments ((Engineering, Purchasing, Marketing)
    • Participating actively in customer meetings and oversee sales programs for growing initial and update sales
    • Build close relationships with the various departments within the customers' organization to identify and resolve customer issues
    • Maintain a growing level of contact with existing and new customer interfaces
    • Support of planning, preparation and organization of internal and external meetings
    • Weekly reports (forecast, meeting reports, over dues)

    Who are you?

    This is an excellent role for someone who is ready for a second step in her/his career. The individual will work under the mentorship of a senior account executive with an excellent business forecast and pipeline.

    Furthermore, you will recognize yourself in the following:

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Fluent in English and Swedish (must).
    • 2+ years’ experience engaging with clients at various levels, preferably within larger, enterprise type customers.
    • B2B sales experience a plus
    • Automotive experience, preferably in In Vehicle Entertainment, Hardware or Software considered a plus.
    • Preferably you will have an engineering background and or solid understanding of technology developments.
    • High energy, independent, self-motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven
    • Willingness to grow within the sales organisation.
