The North America (NA) Planning and Central Operations (PCO) team is the “control tower” for the North American Regional Map and Content team directing all activities related to the North American map and content portfolio.  The North American Product Management Team defines the “what” around what needs to be delivered to the market and the PCO determines the “how” directing various operational and engineering teams and deploying resources in an optimal manner.
