  • What's the role?

    The Account Executive IoT Saudi Arabia will be responsible for driving HERE revenue growth and other key metrics throughout the assigned territory and will seek to create breakthrough opportunities which will accelerate the HERE business with a set of key Public & Private players in the IoT space in Saudi. This is a role where you will operate quite independently as the single sales person in Saudi. This role will be based in Riyadh. This role will report into the Director EMEA South and MEA. 

     

    This role will offer the following challenges;

    • Strong hunter, he/she must be good at establishing C-level relationships with F500 type companies as well as key stakeholders in the public sector
    • must be strong at anticipating prospect/customer needs and expectations, managing day-to-day business, validating and communicating customer requirements within HERE.
    • requires development and execution of local account & hunting plan, in alignment with the global plans and in coordination with the partner account managers.
    • As a true ambassador of HERE Technologies in the region, he/she will position, communicate and present the HERE IoT strategy to external stakeholders
    • Focusing on end-customer engagements he/she will detect opportunities and then coordinate a direct or indirect fulfilment via our partners network
    • Based on a solid understanding of customer needs, the Senior Account Executive designs and offers solutions that provide value to the Customer and thus influences sell in and sell through decisions to grow the HERE business.
    • He/She will need to be proactive in detecting, evaluating and qualifying new business opportunities and must be able to rapidly develop strong and engaging internal networks.
    • will work with the Enterprise Customer Market Development team to identify and execute opportunities to maximize sales of HERE Enterprise products and services and with the Partner Account manager(s) to create a synergetic push/pull effect driving incremental business for HERE
    • He/She will manage the planning, preparation, organization and execution of internal and external customer meetings including with HERE senior leadership team members.
    • He/She will coordinate activities as necessary with the local field and product management teams, global account managers, channel marketing, legal, pricing, technical customer support, etc.
    • He/She will meet sales goals, develops account strategy and pipeline, negotiates pricing, discusses sales planning, manages processes, maintains sales reports, develops market and competitor knowledge, delivers presentations to customers, and creates sales proposals
    • He/She will manage its opportunity pipeline by ensuring full data accuracy in Salesforce and associated internal systems
    • He/She will need to understands pricing structures and negotiating contracts through to conclusion

    Who are you?

    Most likely you will recognize yourself in the below;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline
    • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a B2B technology driven Sales environment
    • Proven sales track record of success, preferably experience in a SaaS/PaaS environment
    • Candidate should have proven excellence in hunting, strategic account management, planning and delivery
    • High energy, independent, self-motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven
    • Experienced in participating in multi-national virtual teams
    • Experienced in building long lasting relationships with multiple customers & partners
    • Deep ability to understand technology and proven ability to identify sources of value from business relationships
    • Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration / Master’s degree Preferred.
    • Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Fluent in English
