  • What's the role?

    The Creative Content Designer (CCD) is an innovative out-of-the-box thinker responsible for creating and maintaining the content used by the sales organization to execute Value Based Selling (VBS).  The CCD is a highly skilled writer who can take complex information and communicate it simply and effectively. 

    To create sales content used to educate the sales organization to include weekly blog post, monthly newsletters product and sales training content

    Engage stakeholders (sales leadership, salespeople, and sales operations) to capture content requirements for VBS.

    Create a content strategy to include blog post, newsletters, communications, branding, design, style, and content categorization.
    Create and maintain VBS Confluence site content to include presentations, white papers, iconography, videos/ scripts, sales support material and infographics, etc.
    Collaborate with VBS Automation Orchestrator to automate/ store content so it’s easily accessible by the sales organization.
    Create user engagement/ communication strategy to ensure content usage and to collect feedback.

    Who are you?

    • Bachelors degree in English, creative writing, or equvilent. Masters degree perferred but not required
    • 7+ years experience in written communications, content creation and content management
    • Ability to simplify extremely complex information to make it understandable
    • Experience with creative tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Camtasia and Photo Shop a plus
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate and operate in a “team-based” stakeholder environment
    • Ability to work independently and manage time productively and effectively
