  • What's the role?

    As a HERE Inside Sales Representative you will work with clients within your assigned region/territory to help them find solutions (map content & geolocation online services) to their business needs. You will sell HERE location products and services to new HERE customers across the enterprise mid-market segment. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for developing new business by uncovering new opportunities and win deals in a competitive environment, in order to achieve and overachieve revenue goals.



    • Follows up on inbound leads and works with Marketing on outbound campaigns to create new opportunties and close new business.
    • Engages targeted Enterprise Retail/FSI/Corp Real Estate accounts to understand their needs and align them with HERE Products, Platforms, and Services.
    • Builds value based relationships with key buying centers with the targeted customers positioning HERE as the leader in Location Services and capabilities enabled by HERE technologies as critical elements of the customer’s value chain to the top and bottom line..
    • Leverages HERE commercial and technical pre-sales throughout the opportunity management life cycle to build value-driven proposals for targeted customers.
    • Develops and implements account strategies that maximize value for prospects and HERE.
    • Leads the pricing and customer contract negotiation processes.
    • Maintains information including customer relationship management system and sales forecasts for HERE management.
    • Engages in cold-call prospecting to nurture clients to create new opportunities.
    • Participates in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to help generate new prospects/opportunities. Utilize inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales.
    • Drives continued pipeline progression and provide accurate forecasting.

    Who are you?


    • 3+ years of Business to Business sales experience.
    • Significant knowledge of Location Services applications and use cases across Consumer Industries.
    • Significant experience with a customer centric value based sales methodology.
    • Consistent track record of new logo quota attainment and over-attainment of sales targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate, advance, and close software and/or services transactions involving multiple key decision makers.
    • Ability to execute a sales process, including commercial and technical pre-sales resources.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to make effective sales presentations and to answer questions regarding HERE’s services and products.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time productively and effectively.
    • Ability to leverage defined sales process and systems to maximize revenue and bookings.

    This role aigns with the Consumer Tech team within the America’s Customer Organization. The Consumer team is chartered with expanding HERE’s business across three critical elements – the Consumer Verticals (including Retail, Financial Services (FSI) and Corporate Real Estate initially), HERE America’s Partner Reseller and the America’s Inside Sales team. The team is extremely collaborative and given the growth potential across the three segments posed for significant growth in 2018 and beyond. The strategy in the Consumer Verticals is particularly exciting. Historically this segment has been under penetrated in leveraging Location Services and HERE is now making a strong investment to build out this team. The team’s focus is on building value based relationships with key buying centers and Enterprise customers across the Consumer space. It will leverage a customer centric sales methodology to bring value to both our Customers and HERE. The upside for this team and this role is tremendous.
