  • What's the role?

    The Developer Relations SCALE team is responsible for scaled (leveraged) growth of the HERE Technologies Developer Community.  This includes educating Developers with in-depth and compelling tutorials of how HERE Location Services can be used to solve real-world problems as well as making HERE Location Services available anywhere developers are (Ambient Location Intelligence).  We are looking for an experienced Content Program Manager to manage, oversee, and track our tutorial content development activities. 

    • Establish, manage, and track tutorial content roadmap and oversee the production of all tutorial content including both internally and externally produced
    • Manage third party vendor deliverables, schedules, and overall performance expectations.
    • Manage tutorial content updates; retire content as needed
    • Establish and monitor tutorial content tracking including awareness and engagement; optimize content and roadmap accordingly
    • Develop and maintain a detailed program plan (schedule and budget) and track progress on an ongoing basis; identify key risks and mitigation strategies
    • Ensure program organization and transparency through proper reporting, risk mitigation, escalation of issues as needed, and identifying and clearing of blockers

    Who are you?

    • This role requires an ability to see the big picture, identify risks, create a plan, and marshal internal and external resources to execute that plan on schedule and on budget
    • This is an individual contributor role, but someone who must be able to work across functions and teams to see an idea through to reality
    • The person in this role must be a self-starter who can direct and influence work with minimal supervision
    • The person in this role must possess excellent teamwork and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders



    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; advanced graduate degree preferred
    • 8+ years of program management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented
    • Experience developing and managing schedules and budgets
    • Occasional domestic and international travel required
