    HERE is seeking an experienced sales person to work as an Account Executive within the HERE  Sales Team with a passion for direct sales. The Account Executive  position, based in Gurgaon ,India, will provide essential support, coordination and management of sales accounts . This role will focus on growing HERE Map Content and HERE Cloud Platform services across India and in support of the broader APAC business as appropriate.

    The Account Executive we are seeking will need to have demonstrable experience in exceeding sales targets, enjoy creating relationships, enjoy the hunt in the creation of new accounts and opportunities, and be a confident self-starter willing to grow a new territory as his business. The Account Executive's role is demanding but enormously rewarding where you can really make a positive difference for our Customers, our Partners and our Company. The Account Executive will work with evolving and leading-edge technologies, engage with people at many of the world's greatest national and multinational companies, and collaborate with the world's leading team of global digital mapping specialists

     

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • The Account Executive is responsible for building an understanding of Enterprise Customers key business drivers and using this knowledge to develop and create a profitable business in India
    • The Account Executive must be strong at anticipating customer needs and expectations, managing day-to-day business, validating and communicating customer requirements within HERE.
    • Based on a solid customer understanding the Account Executive designs and offers solutions that provide value to the Customer and thus influences sell in and sell through decisions to grow the HERE business.
    • The Account Executive must drive execution of local account activities to ensure that sales targets for the accounts are achieved. This requires development and execution of local account plans aligned with the global plans.
    • The Account Executive will need to be proactive in tracking their performance and assess it against targets and in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
    • You will have an excellent understanding of pipeline opportunities and be proficient in tracking go-get targets and identifying risk in revenue plans.
    • The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day running of the account, forecasting, issue resolution, response to customer requirements, and selling HERE products and services.
    • The Account Executive must be able to develop strong internal networks, create dialogue with people at different levels and share information with colleagues in the respective functions.
    • The Account Executive will work with the Sales Director to identify and execute opportunities to maximize sales of HERE Enterprise products and services especially to support the areas of cloud based web mapping services and map based mobile device applications.
    • The Account Executive will manage the planning, preparation, organization and execution of internal and external customer meetings.
    • The Account Executive will manage the administration of new and existing customer pricing agreements and customer licenses.
    • The Account Executive will develop exciting promotional programs, opportunities, and assets to support Enterprise sales teams.
    • The Account Executive will monitor all competitive product and service offerings and use this intelligence to ensure that HERE is offering its partners and customers the best value and service.

    Who are you?

     

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline.
    • Minimum 5-8 years experience in a fast moving Sales environment, preferably in new business development, technical sales or complex solutions selling.
    • Strong technical competency to execute on the HERE Cloud Platform strategy including extensive experience in the web/internet space is required.
    • Sound understanding of developer APIs is a distinct advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and grow existing markets with a history of driving revenue growth for the business.
    • Experience building relationships with key customers and managing interactions within a large company.
    • Direct experience selling to the large enterprise environment a distinct advantage.
    • Customer facing experience and the confidence and ability to build trusted customer relations.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good convincing negotiator.
    • Able to create and deliver customer presentations with professional business presentation skills.
    • High sense of urgency and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
    • Creativity, initiative and drive in achieving clearly defined sales objectives.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a quick learner.
    • Curious, innovative with clear interest in being at leading edge of technology.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
