  • What's the role?

    GSO’s mission is to enable a more customer-centric organization by building customer insights and reducing friction within the Customer organization.  This position will be responsible for global sales reporting and analyzing all aspects of sales performance, both strategic and operational.  Additionally, this role will be involved in analytic deep dives and root cause analysis of sales metrics including win rates, pipeline by industry, sales velocity, sales pipeline changes and a host of others.


    As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role within the organization by using a data-driven approach supporting the organization’s appetite for customer visibility.  You will become an integral role of driving governance and planning for the global Customer team.  In this role, you will also provide analytical support for special projects ranging from reporting, executing new processes and rolling out new analytics platforms.

    Who are you?


    • Prepares and distributes key sales reports to relevant stakeholders including AE, manager and senior leader audiences.
    • Tracks key data, KPIs and maintains our reporting processes (spanning all key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting).
    • Builds and maintains Excel,, and other reporting tools.
    • Analyzes sales performance results and presents findings to sales and/or finance management.
    • Contributes to the development or improvement of systems to track or capture customer data.
    • Mines, models, analyzes and evaluates sales data to identify impacts on performance.
    • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regional Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product and Core Map Engineering. 


    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical field (e.g., Economics, Business, or Statistics)
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, planning, finance, marketing or equivalent
    • Attention to detail as deliverables will be socialized across all levels of the organization
    • Experience in taking complex analysis and turning them into actionable insights
    • Experience in presenting findings to senior leaders with a variety of backgrounds
