  • What's the role?

    A Partner Manager has in-depth knowledge of and understands how to build and support partnerships that leverage HERE product, technology and data assets to build solutions and engage new business. The Partner Manager understands technology & trends, and provides technical consulting to customers as a trusted advisor. This role will have a high impact on HERE and has responsibility for Transportation and Logistics industry. 

     

     Partner Manager:

    • Recruits, develops and manages partnerships and opportunity pipelines, and ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts.
    • Engages targeted new logo accounts to understand their needs and align them with HERE Products, Platforms, and Services.
    • Leverages HERE commercial and technical pre-sales throughout the opportunity management life cycle to build value-driven proposals for new logo customers.
    • Develops and implements account strategies that maximize value for prospects and HERE.
    • Leads the pricing and customer contract negotiation processes.
    • Maintains information including customer relationship management system and sales forecasts for HERE management.
    • Evaluates program trends and provides analysis / recommendations to management.
    • Works toward mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the partnership.
    • Develops long-range forecasting with potential partnerships.

    Who are you?

    As a Partner Manager you are someone who is passionate about technology and solving big picture problems. 

    • 5+ years of Business to Business sales experience.
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects
    • Dynamic, organized and results-oriented
    • Excellent negotiation, relationship building and closing skills
    • Negotiate effectively based on time and value to close
    • Strategic & positive thinker with tactical execution skills
    • Demonstrated ability to generate, advance, and close software and/or services transactions.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to make effective presentations and to answer questions regarding HERE’s services and products.
