The Role:
As a Program Manager / Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing engagement of HERE’s technology solutions to customers and ensuring these solutions continue to be successful for the customer over time. You’ll oversee day-to-day customer relationships as well as actively participate in retaining and growing those relationships and support the customer leveraging our products.
The role will focus on key and strategic accounts in Automotive, utilizing HERE products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Through high-touch customer engagement, develop and executive a Success Plan to help Customers maximize the value from HERE products & services
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage cross-functionally to drive complex, strategic and large-scale customer engagements (large Automotive OEM) and ensure successful customer delivery (i.e. product launches, projects, etc.)
- Be the Voice of the Customer by providing regular feedback to Product and Sales, as well as proactively drive executive-level review and decision making as needed
- Identify gaps in methodologies and/or processes for any part of the customer lifecycle and drive change for continuous improvement
- Consult clients on potential opportunities to improve their Navigation, IoT and LBS solutions, in conjunction with HERE Sales teams
- Acts as the main technical customer interface and ensure customer requirements are understood across internal divisions
- Travel up to 25%, both domestic and international, to meet customers and suppliers as needed
As a Sr Technical Support Engineer on our China Team, you ensure HERE's customers get maximum value from HERE products and services through the evaluation, production, and maintenance phases. You will partner with sales representatives to expand and improve Customer's adoption of HERE products and services.
- You effectively represent the Voice of the Customer internally while safeguarding HERE's business interest.
- Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges as you help our customers leverage HERE services to solve their business problems.
- You are the go-to technical expert on HERE products and support software applications for customers.
- You analyze, reproduce, and debug data and software issues reported by Customers and come up with recommendations and drive issues to resolution.
- You provide L1/L2 support and will be responsible for P1/P2 escalations.
- You will provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement opportunities, given the broad exposure to customer, products, and process.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and provide on-call support for HERE API Gateway components.
- Evaluate and choose technologies suitable, communicate effectively about decisions, direction and progress, both inside and outside the team.
- Provide coaching and technical guidance for less experienced team members.
- Develop components and services using agile methods and tools
- Build and deploy microservices using Kubernetes, Docker and understand deployment and monitoring tools like Helm, iPaas, Grafana, Prometheus
- Ability to support Product issues and fix them on a priority basis, build RCAs and preventative mechanisms.
You will be responsible to :
- Ensure our services are running stable, high-performance, and secure on a globally distributed computing platform
- Work with and support R&D teams to onboard & run their services on our infrastructure platform
- Enable and support continuous deployment of applications to our platform
- Develop a release approach using automated, containerized deployment techniques
- Develop automation scripts, daemons, and APIs to reduce operational overhead
- Support internal & external customers and participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation as a tier 3 support team.
As a Quality Team Lead, you will be providing expert business analysis on projects and product quality to enable product and process reengineering within Platform Foundation. Map data is important in many countries of the world. There are special local regulations on how to handle or deliver the map, while data preparation often has country specific variants. You will take the technical lead to prepare the map data and host HERE Geocoder and Search for countries with special laws around map data.
Your experience, knowledge and passion for software engineer will help and inspire the teams to compile high value map data for a great user experience in production. You will work with internal stakeholders to monitor and increase data quality and deliver the results the user is looking for.
