    The Team:

     

    Our overall goal within the Americas People Enablement team is to support Managers to fulfill their responsibilities as a leader and drive a workforce that is engaged, continuously learning, agile and change resilient. We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged HR Manager to help us on this exciting journey!

     

    The Role:

     

    Within the Americas People Enablement team, this role will be a partner in the region to drive a variety of HR initiatives that support our annual people cycle (performance mgmt, culture and change management, mentoring, employee and labor relations, employee engagement, employee development/training, manager development/training, implementation of various HR programs).

    This role will also participate and lead global/regional initiatives to continuously drive quality improvements in how we deliver HR services in two designated Center of Excellence (CoE) areas: Learning & Development and Employee Experience (diversity, inclusion, culture, pulse engagement). This includes assessing organizational health in these specific areas and driving activities to improve adoption, embed programs/practices deeper into the organization. This individual will be the trusted advisor to our global CoE leaders of these areas and advise on key organizational and management challenges.

     

    • End-to-end HR support for employees and managers based within the region. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating manager trainings and brown bags (relating to learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, etc) implementation of annual HR programs, and managing employee relations cases.
    • Partner with global HR CoE´s and ensure regional agenda & roadmap is aligned global initiatives, and that regional trending topics & questions are being addressed.
    • Find opportunities to work & align with ERGs to utilize resources while improving impact to the organization, especially in the promotion of an inclusive culture.
    • Coach business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
    • Develop partnerships with HR functional teams (e.g., Total Rewards, L&D, Recruiting) and other staff groups (e.g., Finance, Communications) to deliver coordinated solutions to HR-related needs
    • Provide expertise and know-how from an execution as well as legal/ compliance perspective to ensure smooth roll-out of programs and initiatives in the respective region.

    Who are you?

    You are a passionate HR professional. To be successful in this role you will have most of the following:

     

    • 8-10 years' experience in HR. Most of that time spent as an HR Generalist / Business Partner or equivalent, with broad experience covering areas such as performance management, learning and development, training facilitation, engagement, diversity & inclusion, development of engagement strategies and employee relations.
    • Ability to train and facilitate successful training sessions for managers and employees
    • Ability to manage change for self and others in a consistently adapting, fast-paced environment
    • Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners
    • Proven ability to proactively adopt and drive positive, transformational change
