Our overall goal within the Americas People Enablement team is to support Managers to fulfill their responsibilities as a leader and drive a workforce that is engaged, continuously learning, agile and change resilient. We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged HR Manager to help us on this exciting journey!
Within the Americas People Enablement team, this role will be a partner in the region to drive a variety of HR initiatives that support our annual people cycle (performance mgmt, culture and change management, mentoring, employee and labor relations, employee engagement, employee development/training, manager development/training, implementation of various HR programs).
This role will also participate and lead global/regional initiatives to continuously drive quality improvements in how we deliver HR services in two designated Center of Excellence (CoE) areas: Learning & Development and Employee Experience (diversity, inclusion, culture, pulse engagement). This includes assessing organizational health in these specific areas and driving activities to improve adoption, embed programs/practices deeper into the organization. This individual will be the trusted advisor to our global CoE leaders of these areas and advise on key organizational and management challenges.
