What's the role?

In this role you will be responsible for the HERE Partner Program (HPP) for the APAC Region and will work closely with Head of APAC Partner organization and Global Partner program team in driving the HERE partner program adoption with special focus on driving Partner Onboarding, Partner Enablement, Partner Activation and Partner program related operational aspects.


You will be responsible to ensure the ease of doing business with HERE and remove manual work with Partners to achieve scale. The goal is to reduce the time to revenue for new Partners and increase the volume of business with existing Partners. You will act as the primary interface with the sub-regional partner Sales teams, the different Business Groups and Functional Groups to improve the overall Partner Journey and Experience.


Your main responsibilities are:

  • Act as point of contact for all aspects of HERE Partner program in the APAC region and as an intermediary between the Global Partner Program Team and the Regional Partner Sales Teams.
  • Actively drive partner capacity and capability planning and adoption of HERE partner program
  • Play a leading change agent role in the optimization of HERE’s Partner Program
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program and go-to-market efforts and suggest necessary changes.
  • Own and run specific assigned excellence programs for the (Global) Partner Organization
  • Collect, analyze and accurately represent internal and external data to aid decision-making
  • Responsible for the operational aspects of Partner program like partner sales reports, business analytics etc.
  • Build and drive adoption of incentive.

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, you possess the following skills, abilities and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
  • 8+ years of meaningful experience in corporate Partner Sales Operations & Planning and Partner program management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a customer focused, professional attitude
  • Advanced modelling skills including advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable in working with senior business partners in a fast-paced business. A passion for delivering results and building trust with senior leaders
  • Can work independently and self-motivate and can meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems in ambiguous environments
  • Deep understanding of the “Digital” opportunities using technology- and business disruption in a transformative approach
  • Experience from working, and successfully navigating cultural differences in APAC
