HERE Navigation on Demand(HNoD) is an innovative SaaS navigation product for the automotive industry.

As a member of HERE Navigation on Demand team, you will help us build, test, release and improve cutting edge embedded navigation systems.

Responsibilities: 

In an Agile context, your responsibilities will include:

• Design, build and maintain an advanced CI/CD (build, test and release) infrastructure.
• Analyze and decompose complex software systems, collaborate across teams to influence design for testability
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality
• Execute automated tests, report results and be a vocal advocate for quality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of unit, integration and system tests
• Contribute to the design and implementation of tools and systems to improve engineering productivity and velocity. 

In this individual contributor role, we are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, has a background as a developer, with passion in testing and maintaining infrastructure, tools and systems that help the team work as efficiently as possible.

• Experience in testing and validation of embedded applications in an Automotive space
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or similar programming/scripting language, experience in Java or C++ is considered a plus.
• Hands on experience with designing and developing test automation tools and frameworks including but not limited to Appium, Selenium, WebDriver, Cucumber
• Expertise in defining test plans and designing test cases to assess product quality
• High degree of comfort in using a wide variety of (mainly open source) technologies and tools, knowledge of docker and gitlab is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, collaborative and openly communicating across functional borders
