As the Sr Business Operations Analyst , you will be the SME and coordinator of operational execution, ensuring that content products are delivered on time and within budget to meet agreed scope by working with internal and external stakeholders.You will support development of operational strategic plans that ensure continued successful growth in the market.

Your main responsibilities include :

• Coordinating with Product Managers, external partners, and other operations teams in ensuring cross functional teams adhere to content product requirements and deadlines, reporting of execution progress on behalf of Japan Operational team.
• Translating Japan content product roadmap into tactical operational plan in cooperation with product owners and relevant operations teams.
• Coordinating execution of operational plan to achieve planned target and developing or improving the ways of working with stakeholders including external partners.
• Engaging closely with cross-functional teams to help determine efficient and effective implementation methods and obtain agreement on execution schedules.
• Ensuring content roadmap requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined with product owners, support execution teams in delivering to those requirements within time and budget.
• Managing and mitigating risks – supporting team reviews to track dependencies and review progress, addressing blockers and facilitating required alignment sessions - escalating where appropriate.
• Creating and managing report on projects/programs with clarity and accuracy to help LT/stakeholders make right decisions.

You are a strong candidate for this role if you possess the following skills, competencies and work experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, business or related fields
• 5-8+ years of total work experience, including relevant operations experience.
• Good oral/written communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese; story-telling ability.
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings/working sessions to achieve objectives.
• Ability to understand technical aspect of map business environment.
• Ability to operate with self-initiative and solve complex problems in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to manage details while keeping the broader picture in-mind.
