What's the role?

As the Professional Services (PS) Partner Development Lead, you will be responsible for owning the PS relationship with Partners within AMER and for driving assigned PS bookings and revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of these relationships including driving innovation, supporting the co-sell process, raising awareness of HERE Professional Services and ensuring that our partners are able to consume HERE products and services easily. We are looking for a Professional Services Partner Lead to join our team in January 2022.

 

Your main responsibilities will be centered around three main areas:

 

  • Lead engagement for nominated Strategic Partner accounts within AMER
    • Build and maintain a Partner plan for your named accounts, including technical capabilities and commercial opportunities to achieve bookings and revenue targets
    • Support the interaction of Strategic Partners within your region including supporting the sales team with business development
    • Drive awareness of the HERE Professional Services offering within your Partner
    • Drive awareness of the Partner’s capability within the Services and Support Team and identify areas for co-operation
    • Support the Portfolio team to identify opportunities to use your partners for delivering our Portfolio
    • Create SOPs for working within your Partner engagements 
  • Drive standardisation and consumption of Professional Services by Solutions Partners
    • Support the creation of standardised Professional Services offers for Solution Partners
    • Drive awareness of the HERE Professional Services offerings within the regional Solutions Partners by training, attending Partner conferences and evangelising the HERE capabilities
    • Support the interaction of Partners within your region including supporting the sales team with business development
    • Support the creation of SOPs for working with Solutions Partners 
  • Support the Global Solution Engineering team to augment their use of Delivery Partners and provide additional capability within Professional Services engagements not already served by our internal resources

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have a high level of expertise in strategic relationship management, leadership, networking, and commercial awareness, as well as the ability to influence positive outcomes from stakeholders. 

 

You are a strong match for this role if you possess the following skills, competencies and experience:

 

  • 10+ years of technical experience (content / data / engineering) with a sales / pre-sales/post sales track record or equivalent technically oriented management function
  • Strong track record of managing customer or partner relationships, including delivery of large scale programs to market and successful project management.
  • Excellent consultative / advisory skills with an aptitude for strategic thinking, proactive risk 
  • Validated experience in establishing and maintaining strong cross-team working relationships and collaboration
  • Ability to quickly understand complex situations, to proactively provide creative solutions to problems and to prepare and obtain decisions on time
  • Strong leadership / lobbying skills with ability to influence people outside of one’s own managerial matrix and a track record of solid cross-functional stakeholder management skills and collaboration 
  • Professional certifications (e.g. Project Management, Delivery Management or Partner Management) are a benefit
