What's the role?


As a Senior Platform Business Operations Manager, you will support HERE Sales Teams to migrate HERE customers to the new HERE platform as well as identifying and qualifying new Platform business opportunities for HERE.  


Your focus area is going to be Europe.


What will you be doing to migrate a customer?

  • Review existing contracts and usage
  • Validate options for new platform-based pricing
  • Align with sellers on the commercial offering
  • Support sellers in customer sessions to explain the migration process and reaching a consent on the new commercial setup
  • Coordinate and conclude migration steps, platform onboarding, quote creation and APP ID management


Next to that you will be working with Product Management and the Sales organization to identify new business opportunities related to HERE products and services offered and sold via the HERE platform.



  • Drive HERE platform adoption and revenue by increasing the number of customers onboarded on the HERE platform and the usage per customer
  • Analyze existing HERE customers contracts, provide hands on support and consult sales on how to migrate customers technically and commercially to the new HERE platform
  • Support sales as a subject matter expert on HERE platform (especially adoption, usage, monetization, consumption, and processing) in customer and partner meetings
  • Identify and qualify new scenarios and business opportunities related to HERE products and services
  • Engage with new and existing customers and represent the HERE Platform from a business and product perspective to drive and grow its market position as the preferred platform for Location Data and Location Services.  
  • Work closely with Product Management to provide customer and market feedback in order to create a seamless customer journey
  • Identify and evaluate new market segments/channels and prioritize GTM
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on sales enablement and on developing GTM messaging and collaterals

Who are you?


You are a strong fit for this role if you possess the following skills, abilities, competencies, and work experience: 

  • 5+ yrs of experience in sales support, sales enablement, sales operations, business development or related customer-facing functions
  • Experience in one or more of following industry verticals: Auto, Transportation & Logistics, Mobility, IoT (Smart Cities and/or Smart Appliances)
  • Experience with data products, data platforms or platform business in general
  • Open and flexible mentality to work with distributed teams, evolving technologies and businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree a must, MBA desired
  • Excellent presentation, communication and customer excellence skills
  • Fluent English language skills and German would be ideal
